Welcome to ValueNet's Web Site. We hope the information in this site helps you better understand ValueNet, the services we offer, and what you can expect from the company that delivers results. ValueNet is a management consulting company. Our practice areas include cost reduction and expense management services, strategic support services, outsourced purchasing and procurement solutions, and operations consulting services. ValueNet was established in 1993 in Hartford, Connecticut by a small group of consultants whose mission was to be the kind of consultants we wanted to hire when we were hiring consultants after several decades in executive assignments in Fortune 100 firms. We wanted to hire consultants who were as committed to our business as we were. We wanted consultants whose work was so thorough and thoughtful that we could absolutely rely on their advice. We wanted consultants who were results-oriented and made less work for us, not more. We wanted consultants with track records so good they were willing to bet their pay on their performance. When we could not find those elusive consultants, we established ValueNet to provide services more akin to partnerships with clients, not just one-shot-in-and-out projects. We are fanatically client-centered because our success depends entirely on our clients' success.
